Zenith Aquatic Program (ZAP) is a year round competitive swim team servicing the Los Angeles South Bay community (Palos Verdes Peninsula, Torrance, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, Lomita, Long Beach). We offer high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities from novice to national level of USA swimming. Our goal is to help each swimmer Elevate to his or her highest potential, both in and out of the water. We set ourselves apart by being more than just a swim team, we are a swim community; we provide a fun, yet productive, swimmer-centered environment for kids and adults of all ages regardless of their swimming background. Our flagship program is our swim team but we also proudly offer swimming lessons, non-competitive swim conditioning and adult masters.

ZAP coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) and USA Swimming, take advantage of the most comprehensive training and certification programs for coaches of any sport in the United States. In fact, Head Coach DeAnne Preyer was an ASCA Fellow in 2010. Our professional coaches are all past competitive swimmers and come from a variety of backgrounds but all share a love for coaching swimming and helping others succeed both in and out of the pool.
